Store your perfume somewhere dark, cool, and dry, or keep them in their original boxes. Exposing your perfumes to sunlight, strong light, heat, and humidity (for example in a bathroom) can break down their essential oils, weakening your fragrance or even damage it.
Once the package has been opened, the perfume cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Such items will be sent back to you. We accept returns within 14 days for refunds or exchanges only on unopened products. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service.
All our fragrances are original scents created in perfume labories in Spain.
